Frostline Dry Ice Blasting Refund Policy

At Frostline Dry Ice Blasting, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued and aims to provide clarity and fairness.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide excellent service. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your dry ice blasting service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Re-performing the service if feasible.

  • Offering partial or full refunds, depending on the circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

a. Service Not Provided

If we are unable to deliver the scheduled service due to an issue on our part (e.g., equipment failure or staff unavailability) and rescheduling is not possible, you are eligible for a full refund.

b. Cancellations

  • If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, no charges will apply.

  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice and dry ice has already been ordered and cannot be canceled or repurposed for another service, a £40 cancellation fee will apply.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction due to expectations that exceed the scope of the agreed service.

  • Cancellations made on the day of service, except in extenuating circumstances.

  • Failure to provide access to the property, vehicle, or equipment at the scheduled time, resulting in a missed appointment.

  • Cases where dry ice has been ordered and cannot be canceled or reused for another booking.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via email or by phone within 48 hours of the service or issue.

  2. Provide your name, booking details, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

  3. Allow up to 7 business days for us to review your request and respond.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
