2. Services Provided Frostline Dry Ice Blasting specializes in cleaning and restoration services using dry ice blasting technology. Our key services include:

• Underbody cleaning, including removal of old undercoating and corrosion.

• Motorbike cleaning.

• Parts cleaning, priced per kilogram of dry ice used.

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or our website. A confirmation will be sent once your booking is accepted.

3.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment. If dry ice has already been ordered and cannot be cancelled or repurposed, a cancellation fee of £40 will apply.

3.3 No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equivalent to the cost of the cancelled session.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.2 Payment Terms: Payments are required in full upon completion of the service, ensuring that services are delivered with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

4.3 Additional Costs: Any additional services required or requested during the appointment will be charged accordingly and must be settled on the same day.
